New Math Data LLC offers Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) through its contract (DIR-CPO-5968) with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). Services include Category Two, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation, including Data Warehousing; Technology. About DIR DBITS

Texas Department of Information Resources

This contract streamlines procurement for Texas state agencies, higher-education institutions, local governments, and other eligible entities, enabling them to access specialized Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, Automation, and Data Warehousing services.

All services are delivered under Standard Contract Terms and Conditions, ensuring compliance with Texas Government Code and DIR policies for security, accessibility, and performance.

Services Awarded

New Math Data LLC is authorized to provide Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics & Automation Services (including Data Warehousing). All work is performed under DIR-approved Statements of Work (SOWs) in accordance with contract requirements.

Obtaining Services / Procurement Execution

Please review the following for executing a procurement under the New Math Data DIR DBITS Contract (DIR-CPO-5968):

  • In order to be awarded a Purchase Order under this contract, New Math Data LLC (Vendor) will respond, in writing, to a Statement of Work (SOW) issued by an eligible Customer (State Agency, Higher Education, or Local Government Entity) consistent with the Terms and Conditions of the DIR-CPO-5968 Contract.
  • The resulting Purchase Order must reference DIR Contract Number: DIR-CPO-5968.
  • New Math Data will respond only to SOWs for Technology Categories awarded under this contract, which include Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation Services (including Data Warehousing).

Customer Responsibilities

  • SOWs must be complete, signed by an authorized representative of the Customer, and follow the DIR SOW Template format.
  • No work shall commence until a fully executed Purchase Order (PO) has been issued to New Math Data referencing DIR-CPO-5968.
  • Customers purchasing services under this DIR DBITS Contract shall negotiate pricing directly with New Math Data in accordance with the specific project SOW.
  • Customers may negotiate additional SOW terms and conditions to meet their business requirements, provided that such terms do not conflict with or diminish the terms and conditions of the DIR DBITS Contract.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • New Math Data will review the Customer’s SOW, provide written confirmation, and submit a detailed quote outlining scope, deliverables, and cost structure.
  • Upon mutual agreement, New Math Data will deliver services as defined in the SOW, ensuring full compliance with Standard Terms and Conditions of the DIR Contract.
  • All procurements under this contract must follow the DIR Statement of Work (SOW) process as described on the official DIR DBITS program page:

Pricing will be provided for each Statement of Work, and will depend upon the nature of the work assignment.
